"Each Digiminder is an actor of collective learning and participates in the creation of internal training in e-learning in our LMS or by animating live sessions on Friday. This is a democratic and innovative approach that creates a lot of value individually and collectively. The idea that everyone can contribute to internal training enhances the expertise of our employees and gives them internal visibility.
We can offer any type of training, even if it is not directly related to our job or responsibilities. We are proud to value each individual, to promote the collective progress of the organisation thanks to this virtuous approach of a learning and bottom-up company."
