Onboarding

Onboarding is a process in which new hires are integrated into the organisation. At Digimind this includes activities that allow new employees to complete a new-hire orientation and learn about the organisation such as its structure, visions, mission, values and culture. Through video conferences and meetings by each manager to present their department.

Moreover, there are standard training such as the workplace Ergonomic to educate Digimind employees about work related musculoskeletal disorders, the risk factors of developing suck disorders, how to mitigate these factors and provide further reading resources on this topic.

Diversity and inclusion training is also part of the onboarding process to educate the employees on diversity, inclusion and integration.
