Digiminders design their Climate Fresk

Latelier Fresque du Climat (1)-1-1

At Digimind Paris’ last workshop on the 7th of July 2022, the Digiminders participated in the Climate Fresk, a collaborative and engaging way to learn more about the climate system and the consequences of its disruption.

The objectives of the Digiminders were to assemble the 42 cards that represent different components of climate change (such as human activities or rising water levels, etc.) based on the IPCC report, and together they linked the cause and effect relationships. This activity led to a meaningful discussion on the key learnings of the collage and on individual and collective solutions to mitigate climate change.

Digimind’s goal is to raise awareness of climate change and ecological issues and to help Digiminders contribute to the answers to these challenges. Additionally, with the momentum of the Fresk, we took the opportunity to ask each Digiminder to write down concrete commitments and actions which they want to implement, which will be transcribed into a Digimind Charter.

With the Climate Fresk tool, we are raising awareness of sustainability challenges for the Digiminders in Paris and soon to all Digiminders around the globe!

Frédérique Clappier, VP HR & Diversity :

A very playful workshop which encourages a real awareness of the complexity and the interweaving of phenomena, and the global consequences. The charter of commitments of the Digiminders allows to concretely take note and initiate the change. Finally I found that people were very respectful during the group discussions and there was a palpable emotion!

My team learned new concepts such as aerosols or permafrost, it was interesting to exchange on new concepts when we think that everything has been said on this subject

Marion Gras_idg

Marion Gras, HR intern :

The format of the cards and letting the teams think about their locations was enriching, it allowed each person to get involved, think and engage. The teams were diverse with people of varying degrees of sensitivity to the topic which led to rich and interesting conversations.
