Digimind career interview: From Grenoble to Singapore, Quentin Reant’s path

Someone who knows all about this is Quentin Reant. Today marks his sixth year at Digimind. He started as an HR intern in Grenoble, but currently work as the Product Manager in Singapore. His career path at Digimind has been an exciting path! Let's hear more about it.
What is your current position at Digimind and what are your responsibilities?
"I work as the Product Manager for our Digimind Social solution, which means I am responsible for defining and positioning the product. Concretely, I have to define and prioritize the future features of our tool based on conversations with our customers and the analysis of our market. The goal is to make each new version of the software as impactful as possible."
Can you tell us about your background at Digimind?
"Of course! My career path at Digimind has been a bit atypical over the last 6 years.
My journey started with an internship in my hometown Grenoble, I really enjoyed the internship, and after that I got a permanent contract in Human Resources . Back then I was in charge of recruitment."
I then was offered the opportunity to become HR Business Partner for our office in Singapore. After one year and half, I shared my desire with the co-founders to move towards a more technical job. They suggested I take the position of Solution Consultant in Paris. This role consists in supporting the sales teams, as a software expert, to maximize sales.
Eventually, I was able to move up to the position of Product Manager, which I have held for one and a half years now. Where am I located now? Not in France anymore! I’m currently back in Singapore, still driving our product, Digimind Social.
I have not had much time to get bored and I am very grateful to Digimind for offering me all these opportunities."
What was your first impression of Digimind and the Digiminders?
"Having worked in 3 different offices, I had the opportunity to have many first impressions! Of course every office has it’s differences, but what brings them all together is the friendliness of the Digiminders in a very fast paced and international environment. It's the perfect cocktail!"
How are Digimind's values (go getter, benevolent and entrepreneur) important to you?
"I think Digimind really embodies these values and my journey is a perfect example. It's a company that really gives value to our ideas and desires and is not afraid to say: Ok we'll try. And I think it works really well."

"For all the reasons above of course! But to sum it up: Digimind is an international company, which evolves in a dynamic and growing market. But above all of that, it is a company where we are given the space to exist, to have ideas and to undertake. All of this with benevolence and an excellent corporate culture."
