Websites
The WebSites module provides a means of detecting any changes to any part of the tree belonging to each Internet site.
This module has numerous applications. Here are a few examples:
- Monitoring of competitive sites
- Monitoring of a specific tree belonging to a topical site
- Monitoring of changes to the different sites of your group or the sites of your subsidiaries.
- Detection of new items within a directory site
- Etc…

Monitoring
New sites to be monitored are added via a form in which the site’s Internet address is specified.
How it works
The Websites module incorporates a Digimind crawler, which provides the user with the possibility of scanning, absorbing and monitoring all the links available within a single domain from a given page.
As an option you can choose to monitor a site on the basis of a query, in which case the crawler will only absorb the pages specified in this query.
At the end of each surveillance process, the user has a list of the pages in which a modification has been detected, a list of the new pages that have appeared on the site and a list of the pages deleted. You consequently have an exhaustive summary of all the changes made.
Warning message parameters
For each site monitored, the user can choose between two warning modes:
- Warnings for any change to the site: Modification to the contents of the pages, presence of a new page or the deleting of a page
- Warnings only when a page appears that is specified in a query (Boolean operators accepted: AND, OR, NOT, inverted commas, brackets)
Frequency
The sites are monitored once a week.

Sliding histogram indicating the number of data filtered per month or per day.
