Newsletters
The Newsletters module automatically filters the hundreds of Newsletters exchanged within the Internet mail.
This module has numerous applications. Here are a few examples:
- Monitoring mentions of your company or your competitors
- Monitoring the contributions of a specific individual i.e. a key figure in your market
- Monitoring the opinions expressed by the consumers of your products
- Detecting commercial opportunities
- Etc.
Functions of the Newsletters Agent
Filtering
It is possible to filter all the messages from one or more Newsletters with a query consisting of key words and Boolean operators. The following operators are accepted: AND, OR, NOT, inverted commas and brackets. It is also possible to apply the query to the title, subject or contents of the message (or all of these).
Frequency
The messages are processed every 15 minutes.
Statistics
Sliding histogram showing the number of data filtered either over the last 12 months or the last 30 days.
Archives
The filtered messages are archived by date. Archiving of the last 500 filtered messages.
