With the Manager module, you can share and capitalize on the information produced by electronic surveillance and the tracking of field information and organize the management of the company’s different intelligence communities.
- Select the content to be capitalized with one click
- Enrich the content: authorized employees (experts, decision-makers, etc.) can add their comments and analyses to the information.
- Add supplementary information: authorized employees can add further information (desktop application files, photos, films etc.) drawn from their own work activities (field intelligence, trade-fairs, press, various contacts, etc.)
- Share information: in line with the intelligence plan and various communities that are defined at the outset, information is automatically shared. You can put the information into perspective and map it using the Mapper module.

- Community administration: each employee can have access to different levels of information according to their rights (Tracker, Manager, Reader, etc.)

Automatically discover and create key player lists
With Digimind.7 you can manage sector-specific reference lists (names of people, products, brands, companies, people, countries). You can then exploit these lists further by searching for information on the key players and producing analyses.
A wizard helps you automatically detect new players in the field, using 2 methods: from a simple query or based on an existing list: the system then suggests the players most frequently associated with those you supplied.
You can draw up comprehensive lists of all the relevant key players in just a few minutes.
