SCOR is the number one reinsurance company in France. The group is present in over 120 countries. They managed to achieve a stronger differentation compared to the competition with the implementation of the Digimind Evolution platform which brought a real added-value in terms of knowledge provided to customers and a risk assessment process of much greater accuracy and therefore much greater reliability than before.

- to help actuaries and underwriters better evaluate their customers’ exposure to risk and thus refine their commercial offer and their choice of business
- to give sales people the tools to differentiate their offer from that of the competition, providing them with more accurate knowledge of their customers’ risks
- to provide claim managers with a clearer understanding of the economic consequences following natural disasters or industrial accidents

- create an intelligence plan for each project handled by the SCOR Information Management Center
- configure settings for intelligence plans (categories, projects, user rights and data access,…) and for agents (sources, queries, filters,…) using DIGIMIND Evolution
- set up competitive intelligence (CI) collaborative gateways for all users, personalized according to their projects and working environment, directly accessible from the company intranet
- implement training, application launch and team management, in collaboration with the Information Management Center
