<h4>Goal</h4>
<p>The objective of this job is to ensure the adoption of the Digimind platform in order to develop its usage and to facilitate projects deployments.</p>
<h4>Missions:</h4>
<p>● Deliver exceptional, on-site training sessions, one on one coaching, practice sessions, product demonstrations and workshops to customers, partners and employees<br />
● Ensure functional support to clients<br />
● Responsible for the design and development of user-centric, web-based, and self-paced training products<br />
● Create, edit, and maintain elearning content<br />
● Work closely with client services and engineering organizations to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content.</p>
<h4>Competencies and Education needed:</h4>
<p>● Bachelors degree<br />
● 2 years experience developing end-user and train-the-trainer materials for audiences of varying technical expertise<br />
● 2 years delivering training sessions, in classroom settings, virtual classroom settings and via web-conferencing tools to audiences of varying technical levels<br />
● Experience with retail/web based applications ideal &#8211;not required<br />
● Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Online videos and web conferencing tools<br />
● Ability to travel up to 60% (domestic and international)<br />
● Customer-focused team player with exceptional communication skills, with the ability communicate effectively at all levels<br />
● Fluent English and French mandatory. Other languages skills appreciated &#8211; not required</p>

● Usage level of the E-learning environment<br />

The human population hit the 7 billion mark and social media edged towards saturation, with Facebook reaching 800 million subscribers and 100 million of us actively using Twitter. Instantaneous communication has never been easier. Real-time coverage of events has shaped the way we consume news and we&#8217;ve seen a dramatic increase in the volume of tweets published every second.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In May, the capture of Osama bin Laden created a record of 5,106 tweets per second. But a much more light-hearted announcement generated a new record on 28 May with 8,868 tweets per second; the news of the pregnancy of the singer/actress Beyoncé. However, a whole new level was reached when the 20,000 tweets per second mark was crossed in Japan, on 9 December, during the television broadcast of the famous cartoon by Hayao Miyazaki, Castle in the Sky: 25,088 tweets per second!</p>
